F- Food: is always fresh and consistently good. You can start with the house salad with ginger dressing, hot miso soup and edamame. The salmon skin roll, passion roll and crunchy tuna are delicious with plenty of fish and just the right amount of rice. There are some special rolls not on the menu that are featured daily. Finish off with some creamy green tea ice cream.
A- Ambiance: Casual and trendy. There are some lounge style tables, great option for a comfy dinner and some sake. Bring a sweater as they tend to have the air conditioning on full blast. There are some flat screen tv’s if you must watch an important game or news.
C- Cost: Best price per value for sushi in the area. Roll range from $6-$12 with generous portions all around.
T- Time: Generally fast service, unless they are busy, as the everything is made fresh to order. You can call ahead your order or take out as well .They have a great host on the weekends for dinner that can take your order over the phone.
S-Service: Friendly staff. Generally goos service unless they are extremely busy as this is a small restaurant and the good food will take some time.
